Foggy - Woohoo!!

I was driving tonight and saw a dot-matrix sign on the Freeway. It said;
ONLY USE FOG LAMPS IN ADVERSE CONDITIONS
then flashed to
$75 FINE!

Woohoo! Finally there must be someone in the police or the RTA (Road Traffic Authority) that feels my pain.
