ANTM - 8: 11 – Season Final

Guest Judge : The Sass and Bide Designers

Three of Them : Cover Girl ‘My Life as a Cover Girl’ True Shine photoshoot and advert

Went Home : Renee ‘I would rather have wisdom in my eyes than be blank and stupid and have nothing there.’

Going through to the Fashion Parade : Jaslene and Natasha

What Renee said about Natatsha – ‘She walks like pigeon toed duck with a piece of poop hanging out of her ass.’
What Nigel Barker said to Renee – ‘You photograph old.’
What Jaslene said about Natasha - ‘If Natasha wins this competition I’m going to pull off all of her hair.’

Fashion Parade : Evolution by Sass and Bide. It started as early woman and got more elegant as the show went on. Natasha’s skirt fell off and the judges commented about how it looked like it was supposed to.

ANTM - 8:10

Guest Judge : Carissa Rosenberg, entertainment director at seventeen magazine

Challenge : Tell their story by body painting and dancing aboriginal style. Renee won with her tale woe as a child.

Photoshoot : The girls had to learn aboriginal dances and then represent them in the photos. Food Gatherer, Red Breast Robin, Dance of the Butterfly, Willy Wagtail

Judging Panel Question : Who do you think has the most/least potential?
Natasha was voted as the least by all the girls, only Dionne didn’t vote for herself as the one with the most potential.

Bottom Two : Dionne and Natasha

Went Home : Dionne ‘cause I know I could’a did a better job’

Notes : They went to Crystal Bar for a night out and left Natasha (she was fluy) at the hotel then bitched about her all night. Classy!

Season Finale next week when we’ll find out who Americas Next Top Model will be.

ANTM - 8:9

Guest Judge : Priscilla Leighton-Clark, director of Priscillas Modelling

Challenge : Go Sees being judged on personality, catwalk walk and portfolio.

Photoshoot : A combination of two. First up was a shoot for a woman’s magazine with a male model with soft girlie poses. Next up was a raunchier shot for a men’s magazine.

Bottom Two : Dionne and Brittney

Went Home : Brittney ‘I never been the emotional person’

Notes : The cab driver got blamed by Brittney for her being late back from the challenge and for once a Sydney cab driver wasn’t at fault. She had a tantrum.
Episode 8:8 was a recap episode.

ANTM - 8:7

Guest Judge – Erika Heynatz, host of Australia’s Next Top Model

Challenge – Interview skills and they got to do ‘on the street’ interviews incorporating as much Aussie Slang as possible in the foreign location that the rest of the season will be filmed in. That location? SYDNEY! We got to see Hyde Park, Bondi Beach, Circular Quay and fountain next to the QVB. Their apartment is in No1 Martin Place.

Photo Shoot – Actually a Cover Girl advert shoot with a thick Aussie accent.

Bottom Two – Jael and Brittney

Going Home – Jael ‘it’s been such a learning experience and I’m so thankful to have had it.’

Notes – Sydney always looks so beautiful on film.

ANTM - 8:6

Guest Judge - Matthew Jordan Smith, photographer

Challenge – The Acting One. The girls had two hours to memorize three short scripts and then play Melodramatic Model, Diva Model and Perky Model

Photo Shoot - Matthew Jordan Smith. The girls had to pose in re-staging of events from with previous cycles. A fainting, dental work, lesbian kiss, food stealing, the twins, spot breakout, naked.

Bottom Two – Whitney and Jael

Went Home – Whitney ‘it’s becoming evident to me that, maybe, modelling isn’t exactly the avenue I need to be going down.’

Notes – Natasha had a mini breakdown when Renee and Dionne won visits from their families for the challenge. Dionne had issues with the photo shoot, she had to portray a lesbian but ended up enjoying it. Both the Plus size potentials are gone.

ANTM - 8:7

Guest Judge – Bennie Medina

Challenge – Pink a Supermodel name and then go to a high rollers party and impress a group of celebrities, plus Tara’s agent, publicist and a other ‘influential’ peeps. Winner – Dionne

Photo Shoot – by Kareem Black and each girl had to do four sides of her personality.

Bottom Two – Sarah and Whitney

Went Home – Sarah ‘it’s OK to be myself.’

Note – 50Cent pushed Jael in the pool after she annoyed him.

ANTM – 8:6

Guest Judge – Cathy Gould – CEO of Elite Models

Challenge – In groups of three the girls had to make a Sears window display with them in it. Sarah, Renee and Dionne won the challenge after another (better) group got disqualified. Sarah won the personal prize.

Photo Shoot – The girls were dressed up as boys and they had to pose with drag queens. There were couples of the; nautical, outdoorsy, glam rock, bohemian, power, rocker, frat, hip hop and red carpet couples.

Bottom Two – Diana and Whitney

Went Home – Diana ‘ehh just ‘cause’

ANTM - 8:5

Guest Judge - Mike Rosenthal - photographer

Challenge – every girl had to Vogue pose though a maze of lasers in two minutes. Whitney won a $40,000 bracelet. Renee was the only girl disqualified. Benny Ninja (Posing Instructor) officiated.

Photo Shoot – Crime Scene Victims. – drowned, stabbed, strangled, shot, electrical accident, decapitated, poisoned, push off rooftop, pushed down stairs, organs removed…

Bottom Two – Felicia and Dionne

Went Home – Felicia ‘Nothing at all gonna keep me from following my dream’

Notes – Renee’s hubby is as daft as she is. When she was on the phone crying her eyes out asking him to come and pick her up he asked her if she’d had a good day. D’Oh!

ANTM - 8:4

Guest Judge – Neeko, hairstylist to the stars

Challenge – Make Up from the new summer Cover Girl range was scattered around a garden and the girls had to apply it themselves. The winner of the challenge was Brittney and she picked Jael and Sarah to share the prize of a photo shoot for Seventeen Magazine.

Photo Shoot – Saw the girl being body painted from head to toe like sweeties (lollies, candy). They also had jelly beans stuck in their hair and cream in their hands.

Bottom Two – Diana and Cassandra

Went Home - Cassandra

Notes – The looks that Renee gives Brittney are those of pure hatred. I can see things getting real nasty between those two.

ANTM - 8:3

Challenge – Walk in a fashion parade in groups of three in Prom dresses in the style of Elegant, 80s and ghetto chic. The winner of the challenge was Brittney judged by Roy Campbell (Fashion Show Producer).

Photo Shoot – Highschool Clichés; bookworm, class clown, mean girl, jock, cheerleader, weirdo, student body president, valedictorian, bad girl, teacher pet, flirt, bad reputation.

Bottom Two – Natasha and Samantha

Went Home – Samantha 'God has a plan for me and this wasn't it.'

Notes – Renee makes excuses, Natasha has no idea what a teachers pet is and Jaslene is hopeless at cat walk, but a natural in front of the camera.

ANTM - 8:2

Judge Panel – Twiggy, Miss Jay Alexander, Nigel Barker and Tara Banks
Prizes – Modelling contract with Elite Models, Cover and spread in Seventeen magazine and $100,000 contract with Cover Girl cosmetics.
Challenge – Pick an outfit from goodwill and partake in a fashion parade. Winner is the one who raises the most with her outfit. Winner – Jael.
Photo shoot – Controversial Political Views: Pro/Anti Fur, Meat/Veggie, Gay/Straight Marriage, Prolife/Prochoice, Death Penalty/Life in Prison, Pro/Anti Guns.
Bottom Two – Jael and Kathleen
